    Shipment

    • Due to all of our products being handcrafted by us, more time is required to ensure the quality of the product. After your purchase, the product will usually be shipped out within 2-3 weeks. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with an email containing your tracking number and details about the carrier.
    • Our studio is located in Fujian, China. Customers in mainland China can generally expect to receive their orders within 2-4 days after the order has been dispatched.
    • For international orders, the typical delivery time is 1-2 months from the shipping date. However, for quicker delivery, we suggest that international customers identify a reliable person in Mainland China to receive the order on their behalf and manage the international shipment. Alternatively, considering the use of a third-party shipping service could also be an effective option.
